More than 700 young people participate in a laboratory of ideas' 'on youth employment

The meeting University Smes was held on 8 and 9 february at the Palacio de Congresos de Toledo. The event, organized by SEPE and Fundae, was attended by more than 700 young people, counsellors, teachers, technicians, technologists and entrepreneurs.
During these days we had opportunity to assess what more than 30 entities offering exhibiting and lecturers in training and employability, with advice in the search for employment and job opportunities, especially in the Digital divide.
Through panels, thematic areas, workshops and lectures are carried out a laboratory of ideas, proposals and initiatives on employment, employability and digitization.
Accordingly, since the “ Employability ”, was launched the Youth Guarantee as your web space and especially its new form of offers of employment and training.
It also heard the resources for employability and employment provided by the third sector, on this occasion with the participation of Red Cross, Inserts Employment, the entity of Fundación ONCE for employment and training of persons with disabilities.
The university of Castilla-La Stain and technicians of the public employment service of Castilla-La Stain (SEPECAM) also participated in this debate.
Young people have also been employment programmes on digitization through the chamber of commerce of Toledo, Plan International or the Virtual office SEPECAM employment.
Finally, the new mobility grants ICEX “ VIVES ” with a view to incorporating talented young people and vocational training of professionals.
The “ Digitization ”, began with workshops such as: “ optimize at LinkedIn profile virtual learning ”, “ Gaming ”, design of CV or seeking employment through social networks.
Key was to show the needs in digital employability, with the active involvement of companies like IBM Spain, Immune Technology Institute, Kirleo, INCYDE.
Finally, FUNDAE and the General directorate of training for employment Castilla-La Stain focused their participation in the current resources learning digitization, as well as in the new professional skills and employability is demanding the labour market.
In the outer “ new professions “, he stressed the direct involvement of companies, highlighting the new professional needs from strategic sectors such as the aeronautical industry, technology, or from the construction.
