As a driving force of the network COE, one of the missions of the State Centre is to facilitate the achievement of objectives in overall guidance, enterprise and innovation in the activation programmes for employment of national employment System.
These objectives is shaping the areas of work of the public of the network and are the key to the transition to a world of work more dynamic, inclusive and prepared for the new challenges.

The guidance, the state centre of the network COE develops functions as the evaluation of programmes and identification of good practices for dissemination to other plans, develops ongoing training to its counsellors and design innovative actions on guidance, search and mediation.

Advice to entrepreneurs and companies
The advice to entrepreneurs and enterprises is an offensive to promote employability and is present in the functions and objectives of the Network. The actions that public play in this Area are addressed to smes, micro-enterprises, individuals and other entities of the social economy.
The State Centre of the network COE supports companies and enterprising individuals to promote the design of models of entrepreneurship and through the implementation of pilot projects in the autonomous communities.

Innovation for employment
Innovation is present in the objectives and functions of public facilities of the network and is a decisive value in the strategy to boost economic recovery. By innovation in the guidance and mediation centres, the impetus productive transformation towards a digital society and egalitarian manner.
As part of the network COE, the state centre promotes the design and delivery, measures and pilot projects on counselling and mediation. It also promotes the evaluation of programmes, resources and qualified services of good practices for transfer to others.
