The first transitional provision of the royal Decreto-ley 28/2018, of 28 december, to the revaluation of public pensions and other urgent measures in social, labour and employment, provides that from 01 june 2019 protection by cessation of activity of working people included in the special regime of Social security for the self-employed or self-employed persons (RETA), it is managed by a collaborator of the mutual Social security.
