Webinar “Transición energética y nuevas oportunidades de empleo

Within the framework of its commitment to training for employment, the foundation Naturgy has organized the webinar “Energy Transition and employment opportunities ”, which will take place on friday, 28 january, from 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

During this virtual event, the director of education and outreach of Naturgy Foundation, Eva Buch, relates to the joint action carried out with the SEPE, making it possible to improve public perception of vocational training in the field of energy, as a tool for promoting excellence and capturing of talent necessary to ensure energy transition.

The event will involve the director of the institute of Just Transition, Laura Martín Murillo, and the head of unit for Coordination of energy policy, member states and Inter-Institutional Relations of the energy of the european commission, Yolanda García mosque, as well as experts in the use of the social sphere, both public and private.

During the sitting will be presented the study on “ jobs that will require the energy sector: new sustainable opportunities ”, prepared by the chair for Energy Sustainability of the university of Barcelona. In this report deals with new job opportunities in the energy sector, to a context such as the current, socio-economic recovery of decarbonisation and digitization of the economy.
